H, Please remember that the word "release" has a specific ASF meaning, i.e. an artifact voted on a PMC.
The main issue here is that you are getting users to download unreleased code. Please don't do that. Doing so means the PMC doesn't have the legal protection the ASF gives by following its release procedures. Kind Regards, Justin
