Thanks - MuhammadTahaNaveed pointed me to some things. The new_web branch is not the most actual branch. There are commits in the main branch which are not in new_branch. As far as I understood new things go into new_web and then moved to the main branch. What am I doing is create a docker file for fast setup of the documentation environment.
