Shahbaz Memon updated AIRAVATA-770:
-----------------------------------
Attachment: bes-spmd.patch-22-Feb
This patch includes
- jsdl spmd extensions and the respective test cases.
- besprovider understands airavata's job type, so if the job's type is mpi or
openmpi then create jsdl-spmd elements, or stay with jsdl-posix elements.
- test cases are more cleaned up now
I would suggest to adapt airavata's HPC application description for JSDL rather
any of their own. I think it is much useful for gfac as it can leverage the
JSDL set of specs which already comes with specific profiles for posix, spmd,
hpc, and parameter sweep. This will also avoid any overhead of writing adapters
or converters for application deployment type to the jsdl ones.
