The current JAXB generation code worked well with the gfac provider, but to
align with Unicore interop clients, I will change this to use XMLBeans. The
current provider has unmarshalled utilities. I think we can directly work of
the generated beans and validate it. This will be more useful when using jsdl
extensions.
