If we just scope on BES / JSDL standards we don't need them. But I would still
insist to include them, because other BES implementations might adapt them on
server side. This happened in the past certain extensions have been agreed
within middleware communities for the sake of user requirements. Within JSDL
extensions some of the elements are really useful for the HPC production, esp.
for Airavata users such as Precommands, Postcommands, ResourceRequests etc.
which we cannot find under the standards documents.
