Hi,
I have listed down the proposed approach to OODT File Manager
extension for Airavata. Proposed approach is based on the reuse of PGE Task
Wrapper component which perform similar operation for OODT workflow
execution.
1. Integration to Airavata is based on IN GFacHandler extension available
in GFac (Integration implements as a new Gfachandler which needs to be
configured as new IN Handler.
2, Reuse PGETaskInstance to invoke File Manager Server. Implementation
extends PGETaskInstance to inherit major functionality while adding
Airavata specific logic.
3. Modify XBaya-GUI to add new data type to represent OODT Products.
4. Finally test the integration with proper sample workflow.
Thanks,
Sanjaya

> Airavata GFac has an data cataloging interface which by default publishes
