I think so we should remove it altogether Lahiru. I am not an expert on these, but the way I understood is, GPL or its variants mandate any downstream software to be GPL as well. So if we do not exclude, then if any one add GSI-SSH library looking at our ASF V2 license, then they will have the same surprise we have now of looking at the Jcraft license but not its dependencies. But if we exclude in our release pom then we are filtering the dependency tree.
