This is not related to the functionality of the demo portal. But I think we should make http://gw120.iu.xsede.org/PHP-Reference-Gateway/wsis_config.ini&; http://gw120.iu.xsede.org/PHP-Reference-Gateway/users.xml not readable by the external users.
