True. currently we have a clone method which works.
But feels like it has room for improvement
My concern is that with the existing cloneExperiment we even clone job details
of a launched experiment.
Since we clone an experiment to execute as a new one IMO we don't need job
information and errors of the existing to be carried to the new experiment
Anyway its open for discussion and brainstorming and decide.
