In PHP gateway 'Edit Experiment' screen can save an experiment leaving
Experiment Name, Node Count, Total Core Count and Wall time limit blank
Upon saving Experiment name left blank and Node Count, Total Core Count and
Wall time limit is set to 0. But Node count and Total Core Count needs to be a
value greater than 1.
