After modification WRF fails with both correct and incorrect file uploads in
Stampede.
More;
Ran all other applications on Stampede with correct and incorrect file uploads.
They are all working OK. They failed with incorrect uploads at job level and
COMPLETED with correct files at both experiment and job level.
