Hi Eric,

The next thing will be to look at how output staging is done. We have been 
doing lot of testing and fixing lately. Before we get on a interactive 
debugging session, can you please take a git pull of both airavata and pga and 
deploy them? For Airavata you will need to do a mvn build and use the updated 
package. For PGA, after a git pull, do a ‘composer update’.
