Hello Apoorv, Airavata is backed up with ansible and Docker <https://www.docker.com/> for deployment. As you walk through overall architecture you would get to know there are a lot of components which work together in distributed fashion and require heavy manual efforts for deployment. Currently, ansible is being used to automate the deployment process. We are yet to find good fit for docker, but we have docker images ready for all the components. As far as AWS is concerned, in my knowledge we use it just for provisioning instances. Others may provide details regarding the same.
