Hi All, I am going to make some commits to master branch directly (violating our normal process of first getting it to develop and staging and then master) because these are largely related to LICENSE and header compliance and is not supposed to break functionality. Right after we cut the 0.17 release, we need to get the develop branch to follow good practices as well and I plan to work on it right afterwards.
