Though - there were quite a lot of comments from Kaxil, Tatiana, Jason, and
myself, I think there was a convergence and I do not think any major issues
remain.

Maybe Kaxil and Tatiana can chime in here. Perhaps starting a DISCUSS
thread and explicitly calling for the people who chimed-in before to
confirm the convergence + anyone else who might want to contribute, would
be a good idea.

And yes the VOTE thread here should be cancelled to avoid confusion.
