Hi Vikram and the Airflow community

I am working closely with Ephraim on the recent questions raised in the
discuss thread.
I hope to reach an alignment this week or by early next week. I will
incorporate any design updates arising from the discussion and share the
conclusion with the rest of the community.

I will extend the voting timeline after posting the conclusion.
