it is pointing to https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/incubator/airflow/1.8.0 instead of https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/incubator/airflow/1.8.0-incubating Also, we should add a long description mentioning that this is a convenience clone but that the official release is on the apache website.
