Will the branch name be the same (v1-10-test) after you rebase? Will you change the version number in that branch to 1.10: ( see https://github.com/apache/incubator-airflow/pull/3389 )?
I am heavily testing this branch right now, and want to deploy it to my prod system this Friday.
