I am not sure if anyone's aware of this, the 1.10.0 tag and the PyPi upload dont contain the 'BashTaskRunner' -> 'StandardTaskRunner' change.
The docs in master do https://github.com/apache/incubator-airflow/blob/master/UPDATING.md (They don't in the 1.10.0 tag) If this is intentional and the change is going to be in 1.10.1 perhaps it should be put under a new heading in UPDATING.md?
