Hrm.  I could see an argument that Apache Allura (the name, and / or the
platform) is copyright ASF.  The trademark certainly applies to the name
Apache Allura and should remain.  Perhaps just changing the wording so that
it's clear that the trademark and copyright apply to the name and platform
but not the site using the platform?
