We should move our base suggested platform from 12.04 to 14.04, they are both
LTS. Some updates to instructions or vagrant scripts may be necessary.
Vagrant base image is
https://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/vagrant/trusty/current/trusty-server-cloudimg-amd64-vagrant-disk1.box
Other opportunistic improvements would be nice: allura.log instead of tg.log,
use solr from package manager, etc.
