Hi Fred, We don't have a separate announcement list at this point, but we do have a "users" list which is much quieter (no ticket or build emails).
You can unsubscribe from this list by sending an email to [email protected] and confirming. And you can subscribe to the users list by sending an email to [email protected] and confirming.
