This is mostly possible now.  On the "Moderate" page, you can filter all posts 
by username and remove/spam them at once.

Those are auto mail posting. Is any way I can check the box and use a delete 
button to remove them all?
Now I have to click into the discussion so that I can delete that. It can only 
be removed one by one...
