* also applied to posting on any item (ticket, wiki, blog post, merge
request)
* forum posts didn't get it, perhaps by chance, due to the way their
threads are a bit different than threads attached to another artifact

Unlike other tools, you don't seem to be automatically subscribed to a forum
when you post.
Ideally, next to the "Post" button, we could include a "Subscribe" checkbox.
Might be useful to roll out to all tools (that allow comments) as well.
