Post cluster install, go to HDFS Config page.
Create a new HDFS config group, and add a config override for that group.
Hit Save. When the page refreshes, the config group pull down has "Default"
shown. However, Custom hdfs-site.xml section is missing, and "Add Property"
does not show up under Custom core-site.xml section.
To recover from this situation, the user has to do a page refresh.
The same problem occurs in other services as well (custom section) disappears /
Add Property not available for the Default group.
