During install add a custom-config, for example 'a=aa'. Then create a
config-group and override that to be 'a=aaa'. In that screen can a -Remove
action on the parent custom-config. This should not be possible in the child
config-group. Also the name of the child config-group is shown beside the
config - which should not be.
