I have attached another patch: AMBARI-3949_2.patch. The patch keeps 
dfs.datanode.failed.volumes.tolerated=0 as it was before.
Patch changes namenode_opt_maxnewsize from 640 MB to 200 MB for HDP-2 stack.
It adds new property dfs.namenode.name.dir.restore=true in hdfs-site for HDP-2 
stack.
