* The slave for the Storm service should be labeled "Supervisor", not
"SuperVisor".
* Storm > Summary panel: "x/y SuperVisor Lives" should instead say "x/y
Supervisors Live"
* Nimbus host is not shown in the standard format (says nimbus.host - should be
Nimbus host).
