1) Put HDFS in MM
2) Try to issue a rolling restart
3) The ui says there are no datanodes to perform rolling restart.
Hosts and host-components that in MM (because of host or host-component MM)
should not respond to rolling restart. But when a service is in MM, you should
still be able to rolling restart it's components.
