We are not going to allow the user to turn on|off maintenance mode for
individual host components. Maintenance mode will be toggle-able at the service
and host levels only.
This is a task to hide the "Turn On|Off Maintenance Mode" actions from the
Components section of Host Details page and also Hosts > Bulk Ops > Slaves
(DataNodes, NodeManagers, TaskTrackers, RegionServers).
