Restart All (UI: filter out Maint Hosts);
Rolling Restart (UI: filter out Maint Hosts).
Host Ops:
Restart All (UI: Not firing any call; should invoke and respect filter out
Maint Services);
Start All (UI: take out maintenance off query param, fix component_name.in());
Stop All (UI: take out maintenance off query param, fix component_name.in()).
