The fix for this issue would be to display that the slaves whose host is in
"host" maintenance mode will be skipped.
For example, we have 3 hosts (host1, host2, and host3) with NodeManager
installed on each. Say host3 is in maintenance mode.
Rolling Restart dialog should say "1 NodeManager in maintenance mode will not
be restarted".
