In the slider apps table when user clicks on an app, it should show the app
details page. There should be a breadcrumb to take user back to apps page.
The page should have 2 tabs - Summary and Configs. There should be a
quick-links drop down and an Actions button. These need not be populated in
this JIRA itself.
We also need 3 sections - Summary, Components and Metrics. Metrics section
should only show up when status is Running.
