Currently Slider Apps view builds
_slider-0.0.1-SNAPSHOT-jar-with-dependencies.jar_ which contains all JARs
exploded. This results in extraction of all dependency classes also, when all
we need are dependency JARs. The load time of Ambari is significantly higher
when classes have to be extracted at Ambari startup time.
