This issue happened because utility function "get_port_from_url" of the
resource management module on the agent failed to get the port from
fs.defaultFs.
The function expects a particular semantics ${hostname}:${port} or else it
throws an exception.
fs.defaultFs property does not have such semantics in NN HA environment.
