The slider apps table has sorting and filtering ability on various columns.
Sorting seems to be working only on name column. Filtering does not seem to
work in user, time, and other columns. We should make sure the provided
sort/filters work. If we cant, we should remove the options.
Also, if you put a filter in name so that no app is available, the header row
gets compressed.
We should remove Custom start time entry.
Status and Start Time columns should have default filters named
<option>All Status</option>
<option>All Dates</option>
