Currently when we run Hive+Tez query, the Tez DAG is shown with vertices sized
to duration of vertices.
In reality the differences are too huge resulting in vertices which cannot be
seen.
We already provide input/output for each vertex as a summary metric. Due to
this we do not need to size them.
