Incorrect role command order for HDP2. In role_command_order.json we have
{code}
"OOZIE_SERVER-START": ["JOBTRACKER-START", "TASKTRACKER-START"],
{code}
HDP2 doen't have JobTracker and TaskTracker
Whole role_command_order.json should be reviewed for HDP2.
