Description:
HUE is defined in HDP-1.3.2 stack with configuration sites but there is no
agent scripts defining configure/stop/start/status functions for the service.
HUE is not supported to work with Ambari.
In that case we should not expose HUE via stack definition API as supported
service of HDP-1.x stack.
