Fix For: 1.7.0
*STR:*
1) Go to HA wizard (or Add Hosts wizard, or Enable security wizard)
2) Go through wizard to some middle step
3) Close wizard
4) Log out and then log in again under 'admin' user
*Result:* Instead dashboard appeared pre-used wizard on 0-step.
This issue is not reproduced consistently but it occurs intermittently
