* Currently, we have this pattern of displaying the breadcrumb at the top, then
the page header right below
This is redundant and also takes up vertical space unnecessarily.
Just show the breadcrumb with appropriate labeling changes
* Edit User and Edit Group label/style tweaks for clarity
* Create/Edit Instance page to show appropriate message when there are no
properties/permissions defined on the view
* Make the UX for Edit and Delete consistent with Users/Groups; the item should
click to the Edit page and Delete should appear in the Edit page
