Fix For: 1.7.0
Since Jobs will be handled as a view, rather than embedded in Ambari Web core,
we will make the following changes:
*On HDP 1.x cluster*
* Jobs tab is shown, just as before (no change)
*On HDP 2.x cluster*
* Do not show the Jobs tab in the top nav
* "Jobs" will be available as a View (which is shown as a pulldown item on the
Views icon on the upper-right corner; also, Jobs will be displayed by visiting
the Views home page by clicking on the Views icon itself)
* Under "Admin", remove "Access" page since access control for Jobs will now be
controlled via privileges through the Views framework API. HDP 1.x cluster is
not affected by this, as this was not being shown to begin with.
