In Ambari installer wizard when user makes changes to host-component layout in
the 'Assign Masters' and 'Assign Slaves & Clients' pages, API calls should be
made to [http://server:8080/api/v1/stacks/HDP/versions/2.1/validations] to
validate the layout. Error messages should not allow the Next button.
Error/Warning messages should be shown beside appropriate host-component.
