Description:
* Do not expand view instance table by default
* Allow setting view instance description upon instance creation and display it
in various parts of the UI
* When viewing an Ambari Admin, explicitly state that the user is an Ambari
Admin and has privileges to access all resources.
* Allow filtering users based on Ambari Admin privilege.
* Fix a problem where validation errors make it impossible to edit a view
instance.
