*STR*
Deploy cluster without some available services. Open Add Service Wizard
directly after deploy.
*Result*
Wizard is stuck during loading step 1 with JS error: {code}Uncaught Error:
<DS.StateManager:ember63471> could not respond to event setProperty in state
rootState.loading.{code}
*Workaround*
Close wizard and open it again or refresh the page before entering wizard.
