In the _Summary_ tab of a slider app, we should have the following sections.

Summary (2 rows, 1 col) | Components (1 row, 1 col)

| Alerts (1 row, 1 col)

Metrics (2 rows, 2 cols)

* Alerts section should have section link to Nagios.
* Metrics section should have section link to Ganglia
* Valid Timestamps should be shown as human readable date/times.
* Summary section should be same height as Components and Alerts sections
combined. Each should have a minimum height.
