Fix For: 1.7.0
MapReduce jobs do not show up anymore in the Jobs page. Turns out the
_ambarirca_ tables are empty.
Most of the log4j settings described in `/ambari/contrib/ambari-
log4j/README.md` do not show up in the filesystem. These are required for logs
to end up in Ambari's db.
