When viewing a Slider Apps view, the Create App action is inside the table
headers of the Slider Apps table (image attached).
Also, the titlebar text (Slider Apps - ViewName) and the _Create App_ button
should be at the same level (vertically aligned). This should be tested in
Chrome, FF and IE.
Also, we need to remove excess white space on top of the table (2nd image
attached)
