Description:
The left hand panel of the landing screen has blue text with hyper links for
View and User/Group Management.
For 'Launch Install Wizard' there is a big blue bar. This is inconsistent.
Do this:
In the left nav, under clusters, instead of showing the button, just say "No
clusters". If people want to launch the wizard, click on the button in the main
content area
