Custom commands can be defined on various components. Depending on the type of
component we need to show it at different locations:
1) custom commands for MASTER components = should show up on the Services >
SERVICE > Service Actions menu
2) custom commands for SLAVE components = should show up on the Host details
page, in the Actions menu next to the COMPONENT
3) custom commands for CLIENTS = should show up on the Host Details page, in
the Clients Actions menu by inserting a menu option with CLIENT-NAME and
sub-menu with the command.
This should be verified with the TESTSRV service.
